Today, the day of Nithyananda Sangha! Formally we inaugurated the Nithyananda Dhyanapeeta on this very land, 11 years ago - 2003, on this very day. 11 year over! My blessings to all of you who were causing this Sangha! Please understand, everyone is part; whether you have done a small work of just giving one small photograph of card about Me to somebody - not only good work, even people who have done abusal - understand, they made us strong! We became more and more strong, invincible! So, by making us strong - contributed to Sangha! Understand. Whether you supported in a small way or big way, abused us, whatever may be - all of you caused this Sangha to happen. All of us should know, even people who abused us, have given us any lessons about life. They taught us: ‘Don’t be in a fantasy that all over the world, everywhere, you will be accepted. We are also here! You need to sharpen your intelligence! You need to sharpen yourself to cater to us!’

I tell you, if you can drive in the traffic of Calcutta, you can drive anywhere in the world! Calcutta drivers can be directly given international driving license! Same way, if you can be successful in Tamil Nadu, you will be successful anywhere in the world! If somebody can work with the logic of a Tamilians, he can be successful anywhere in the world! Immediately they can be given the title 'Jagadguru'! Really, I am telling you, even the people who abused us - made us do more homework to sharpen our intelligence to do the mission which we want to do. They are not ready to accept. They want us to do more homework about what we are offering, what we are sharing with the world. So, in a way, even they contributed! Every time, this is the way I look at the life. So, whenever somebody abuses, I always look in and say, "Alright, so now they are also extension of us. There is some part which is extension of us need to be given more intelligence, more clarity, proper method to complete and overcome the incompletions. Let us work." So, I thank everyone who caused us the way we are now, this moment.

Whether you contributed to us smaller way, or bigger way, or positive way, or negative way - whatever way, we thank everyone who caused us the way we are existing now at this moment. It is so beautiful! O, Sangha, I sincerely thank you all! Sangha is a living organism, not organization - organism! It is a synergy. The different energies in sync, that is what I call 'synergy' of so many of you. It is an embodiment of Mahadeva, blessing all of us and the whole world. Understand. The Dhamma of win-win is Sangha. Where both of us win, that principle, that Dhamma is Sangha. Whoever becomes part, everyone wins, no one loses. Today is the day 11 years before – actually, 11 years completed; with today we are completing 11 years – formally, officially, today evening I ascended on the throne of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam, establishing it. So, by today evening, we are completing 11 years and entering into 12th year. 2003, January 1st, in the evening, Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam Mahasamsthana Simhasana was established and aarohana was done. We have caused Enlightenment in so many lives in so many ways, continue to cause so much of auspicious things in so many lives. We will continue to cause Enlightenment to the whole universe.

On this auspicious New Year and the Nithyananda Sangha Day, I bless you all. Let us align ourselves back to integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching, and causing Enlightenment to ourself and others. Understand. This is the new year oath we should take. Let us complete with all the past incompletions. It is time we rededicate ourselves to integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching and causing Enlightenment to ourself and others. And we reinvent ourselves, rediscover ourselves, recreate ourselves to live the great science of causing Enlightenment - the great truth of causing Enlightenment. Be very clear, you and others are not two different thing. Others are extensions of you, you are extension of others. The extension of others in you is you. The extension of you in outside is others. So, when you cause Enlightenment to others, you cause Enlightenment to you. When you cause Enlightenment to you authentically, you WILL cause Enlightenment to others - they two are not two separate things. They are not two different things. Let us take up the responsibility of causing Enlightenment to us and others.

Today is the beautiful day so many wonderful things have happened in Hindu tradition. Please understand. Even though January 1st is a western calendar - call it the Gregorian Calendar – somehow, knowingly or unknowingly, Indians have digested this calendar system in our life. This is the same day Shri Ramakrishna gave first Kalpataru Darshan on the planet earth - by Shri Ramakrishna on January 1st, 1886. And 112 years later, on this very day, 1978 - the 'happening' of Nithyananda happened on the planet earth! Hope I am correct in calculating the years 112 years, I don’t know - 1886 to 1978; maybe some of you guys can calculate and tell me how many years - 92 years! All Right - not 112, 92 years later. Actually, we don’t have any official record that today is My birthday. It is only my mother’s memory; based on that we are celebrating. We have official record of only nakshatra, and tithi and rashi as per the Vedic Calendar. But, unfortunately, there is no record of the English date. Anyhow, we will celebrate today as the day of the Sangha - Mission Day. Because we inaugurated the Sangha on this day officially. And for Hindus, we just need a reason to celebrate - that’s all! We are the religion of celebration!

Let us all realign ourselves to integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching. Complete with all the past incompletions. Remember one thing: life never brings incompletions to us, because life is not sadist. Life brings only teachings to us. If you pick it up in a right way, it becomes energy - creativity in us. If we pick it up from the wrong side, it becomes incompletions in us. I tell you, creativity is such a joy. When you create something, when you do something, the joy which opens up in your heart remains in you and soaks you continuously in that experience. Learn to taste the joy of creativity.

I tell you, literally I tell you, whenever I train and chisel and mold and raise every human-being - whenever I bring every disciple to the space of Completion, I feel the joy of creativity, I feel the joy 'I have expanded'. So, be very clear, more work means more creativity, more opportunity for joy, more opportunity for spiritual strength, more opportunity for causing Enlightenment. Tirelessly, without any boredom, go on causing Enlightenment to people, go on be a catalyst for others to realize their reality, go on being a light for others to reach their goals, go on be a path for people to reach their goal. Buddha’s last statement was: “Be light unto yourself”. I tell you, "Be light unto yourself and others!" Go on, go on, go on! Cause, cause, cause Enlightenment! Align all our activities. .

Understand. This is my message for all of you, the whole Nithyananda Sangha, this year message: align yourself more and more to integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching, and causing Enlightenment to yourself and others. Align yourself more and more. Let’s align ourselves more and more. Actively align ourselves to integrity. Let us actively align ourselves to authenticity. Let us actively align ourselves to responsibility. Every inch is our responsibility. If somebody comes inside our campus, if there is a small pit and they fall, it is our responsibility. Keeping the campus pedicured and manicured is our responsibility. `So, in every department, in every level, every campus, every ashramite, every sanyasi, every disciple, every samaji, every satsangi, every Gurukul kid, every Krama Brahmachari, everyone learn this truth: let us align ourselves actively to integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching and causing.

Think, think, think, think, think! Apply thinking in your every action. Bring integrity, bring authenticity, bring responsibility, bring enriching, bring causing. Let us be sincere to cause Enlightenment, to cause spiritual intelligence, to cause spiritual solutions to ourselves and others. To strengthen our integrity, strengthen our authenticity, strengthen our responsibility, strengthen our enriching, strengthen our sincerity to cause Enlightenment. Let us take this as new year oath - new year Resolution. Let us complete with all the past incompletions, lack of integrity, inauthenticity, irresponsibility, non-enriching, non-causing attitudes. Let’s complete with all that - drop all that. Let’s decide now - from this year we will strengthen our integrity - live integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enriching, and we will go on causing Enlightenment in every level.

Bring more sanctity in the temple, bring more hygiene-ness in the kitchen, bring more cleanliness in the campus, bring more authenticity when you teach Yoga or Science of Completion, bring more responsibility in every work you do - whatever work you may be doing inside the Sangha or in your personal life, in your profession. As I always tell, whether you are a doctor, or engineer, or lawyer, now accounts profession also I have to add. Whatever you may be doing, bring more and more responsibility into your feeling, authenticity into your thinking, enriching and causing into your living. Let us all complete with all the self-doubt, self-denial, self-hatred patterns - awaken ourselves, raise ourselves to integrity, authenticity, responsibility, enriching and causing Enlightenment.
