Paramahamsa Nithyananda's Message for the New Year 2013 on the 10th Aniversary of the Mission

In today’s morning satsangfrom Bidadi Ashram, India, Paramahamsa Nithyananda (Swamiji) celebrates the 10th anniversary of the founding of his organization and mission. His clarion call to disciples and devotees is now to look forward at their possibilities, not back at the past record. Although the mission has had challenging moments, inspiration has not been lost! As long as inspiration is active, the sangha has not lost anything. Nithyananda launches this New Year with the enjoinder to move through life in integrity, authenticity, responsibility and enrichment. When we express ourselves with integrity and authenticity, take responsibility for our thoughts and actions and for the circumstances around us, we begin to enrich the lives of others and guide them to enlightenment.

In this video Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam blesses everyone on the auspicious Sangha Day, the day where Nithyananda Sangha was established 10 years ago. Ten is very important in all Sanghas. The 10th year and the 10th Guru will give rebirth to the sangha. The core message for this auspicious day is "Enriching with Enlightenment". This core message has many layers, starting from enriching yourself continuously with enlightenment, enriching others with enlightenment, and all the way to enriching the whole world with enlightenment. Swamiji went on to give details into how you can start the journey of enriching by taking responsibilities for everything that happen in your life. He also emphasizes on the importance of bringing in tremendous integrity to every word and every thought you say to yourself and to others, enriching yourself with integrity and authenticity. Responsibility empowers you. The strategy for victory and success in life is taking 100% responsibilities.

I bless you all on this auspicious day of “Sangha Day”, the day of our Mission’s birth. As you all know we have decided to celebrate January 1st as a Sangha Day. My birthday will be celebrated as per the Vedic calendar. So this year it falls on January 6th but we will continue to celebrate January 1st as a Sangha Day. Day of the birth of our Nithyananda sangha. Today we are 10 year young. Wow! Looking back feels just 10 years… 10 years, in all tone we can sing the ten years. We have completed 10 years and I am really happy and blessing the Nithyananda Sangha for what it was doing and doing and standing up in this 10 years. Number 10 is very important in all Spiritual Sanghas, the tenth year and the tenth Guru will give rebirth to that Sangha. In Shankara Sampradaya, Vidyaranya was the 10th and Ramakrishna Mission, Vireshwarananda was 10th. In all big Sampradayas, 10th year and the 10th Guru gives rebirth to that Sangha. I think really in the 10th year, we are reborn.

Let’s move to today’s message. Today’s message as you all know is going to be the message for this whole year. I know all of you are waiting for that Mahavakya of this year. This year’s Mahavakya, the core message, theme with which we will all work is, “Enriching with Enlightenment”; “Enriching with Enlightenment”. It has many layers of meaning; enriching yourself with Enlightenment, enriching others with Enlightenment, enriching the whole world with Enlightenment. Go on enrich everybody with Enlightenment. Enrich yourself continuously with Enlightenment. Bring Integrity into your words which you utter to others and to yourself, bring Authenticity the way you hold yourself for yourself and the way you hold yourself for others to experience yourself, bring responsibility in your inner space for every happening, everything. Go on enriching others, enriching everyone. Drop the past record, past track never gives you the confidence for possibility. Unless you see the possibility, life does not flow in you, the excitement does not happen in you. If you are seeing the past record, there will be a deep sorrow. Always past record brings a deep sorrow because past record by its nature is death. Possibility by its nature is life. Forget about the past record, look at the possibility.

Whoever is interested in life should look at the possibility, not the past record. Past record is neither as bad as you remember nor worthy of remembrance, being remembered. Understand, it is neither as bad as you remember nor worthy of being remembered. So, past record never lets you remember or believe the possibility. Possibility is life. I tell you, I can see even in your clap, the way you sit, kind of the hangover of the past still on you guys. Come on, come out. It is enough. Life is possibility, not past record. When you plan for unimaginable, the things which you can’t even comprehend, when your nervous system is loaded with the things which you are not even able to comprehend. The excitement oozes out in your nervous system is bliss. Understand, bliss does not come to lazy bumps. Bliss does not happen to people who are caught in the past records. Past record is death, possibility is life. Oh My disciples and devotees and the humanity, I give you the clarion call on this day, look at the possibility only, not the past record. As I said, it is neither as bad as you remember nor worthy of being remembered. Possibility is life. In every zone when you look at the possibility, life happens to you.
