A priest with a bare upper body, white ash markings on his arm and a rudraksha mala on his wrist holds a lit flame toward a gilded shrine. The golden shrine houses a deity murti draped in red and gold brocade with a jeweled necklace, flanked by smaller gold figures of Ganesha on the left and a goddess on the right. Brass oil lamps and offering vessels sit on a purple cloth in front, along with golden elephant figurines. Red and gold silk hangings with floral embroidery frame the shrine. The scene suggests a puja or aarti at a temple shrine.2021-03-02A photo of a temple shrine interior with gold-plated ornate fixtures and a gold lattice screen behind.
