A man in a dark suit, light blue striped shirt, dark tie and small orange lapel pin stands in front of a doorway and gilded framed artwork, with pink and magenta flowers at the right edge. He has short hair and a slight smile. No ritual, saffron clothing, rudraksha or other a person-associated cues are visible, so this is a formal portrait-style photo unrelated to the KAILASA context.

The Unending Saga of Persecution Continues. the anti-Hindu elements continue their attack on KAILASA in Chennai

The Unending Saga of Persecution Continues.

With no respect for law and order, the anti-Hindu elements continue their attack on KAILASA in Chennai.

A brief account of the series of incidents:
Demolition Incident: The deep state elements in Chennai Tamil Nadu undertook a demolition operation targeting all the walls and structures. This action is well-documented through various forms of evidence, including photographs, video recordings, and eyewitness accounts. Absence of Notice: It is important to emphasize that the demolition was executed without any prior notice or an opportunity for the affected parties to respond to the show cause notice. This procedural irregularity underscores the gravity of the contemptuous actions taken by the deep state elements.

Reprimand by the High Court: The High Court of Madras reprimanded the authorities for their high-handed approach and non-compliance with the status quo order. The court's admonishment is a formal acknowledgment of the violation.

Contempt of Court: On 1 Sep 2023, an electricity pole was installed on a piece of land owned by us. Despite strong opposition from our Sanyasis, formal complaints lodged with the electricity authorities, and communication with the Tahsildar, who is responsible for overseeing the integrity of the land, certain Hindumisia elements within the government, in a shocking display of contempt and disregard for the orders of the High Court of Madras, proceeded to excavate the land and erect the electricity pole. This act occurred on land for which the High Court of Madras had explicitly ordered the maintenance of the status quo.

Contempt of Court again:
On September 5, 2023, once again, in a clear disregard for the Madras High Court's order to maintain the status quo on the Trishulam adheenam land in Kailasa, Chennai, individuals associated with Hindumisia groups persisted in their unlawful construction activities on the adheenam's property. Despite reminders from the sanyasis about the Court's directives, the construction activities continued unabated. The sanyasis subsequently reported this contempt of court to the police and revenue authorities.
