A photograph taken through a vehicle window of a roadside junction with a dark bronze statue of a standing man on a tall red-brown pedestal. The statue wears a long garment and holds a staff. Plaques with figures are set into the pedestal. Nearby stand a metal traffic signal post, lamp posts and a small sign, with an auto-rickshaw, a green tanker and a truck on the road. Two people sit on a motorcycle and another person walks by. Palm trees and a pink building are in the background under a pale sky. No ritual or deity is visible.
