A street-corner traffic island in a city, planted with green lawn, low shrubs and rows of reddish-leaved plants, with white globe lamp posts along the edges. A metal railing fence with the letters MC runs across the front. Behind it stands a bronze bust of a man with short hair and a moustache on a tall reddish stone pedestal, beside a yellow-framed stone plaque. Tall pale buildings with shopfronts and signboards line the street, and a large tree stands beyond. A small date stamp reads 23.10.2006 in the lower right corner. No people are visible, and the bust is a statue rather than a living person.
