At left, a bare-chested priest with a long dark beard and white sandal marks on his arms holds a brass vessel and pours or offers into the flames. He wears an orange cloth around his waist, a rudraksha bracelet, and a shawl. Behind the fire, gold-framed panels and a red-draped deity murti are visible. The priest's appearance does not clearly match distinctive a person cues, so identity is uncertain.2021-03-02A photo of a homa fire ritual: a brick-lined fire pit holds a flaming wood fire, with a brass bowl of liquid offering set over the flames.
