March 10 20132013-03-10A photograph at an outdoor shrine under a large spreading tree. A standing man in an orange-saffron dhoti-style garment with a bare upper body, wearing a long layered garland of red, pink and white flowers and ornate gold necklaces, smiles toward the camera at the left edge. Beside him stands a golden-bronze seated deity murti with a dark face, wearing a red and orange turban-like crown, a gold chest ornament and beaded necklaces, holding a staff-like object across its body on a gold throne base. The murti is framed by a tall arch of garlands in red, yellow, purple, green and white flowers, and a black stone kalasha-style lamp with a small flame sits on a red-stained rock platform in front. Metal railings and tree trunks surround the scene.2015-01-04February 05 20152015-02-05 +1 copiesA photograph of a man in a brown sleeveless garment with a gold-bordered sash, standing with palms pressed together in namaskar while smiling and facing a decorated deity murti. He wears a bangle on his upper arm and a white-and-red flower garland. The murti is a golden metal figure wearing a tall gold crown with an orange headcloth, ornate jewellery and a necklace, flanked by a second golden figure in a teal cloth. Both are heavily draped in red roses, yellow marigolds, green leaves and white flowers, with a purple-and-gold cloth canopy above. The setting is a temple or shrine with a painted backdrop. The man's appearance does not clearly match the in-person cues required for the a person candidate, so this is a devotee standing in prayer before the murti.2012-04-23 +2 copiesJanuary 04 20152015-01-04 +1 copiesJanuary 04 20152015-01-04February 05 20152015-02-05 +1 copiesA smiling man with long dark hair and a white tilak with red bindi stands outdoors among trees, waving with his right hand. He wears a rust-orange wrap, a long gold necklace with a gold temple-shaped pendant, a white and red flower garland, green and white garland cords, and gold bangles. Beside him stands a black stone deity murti with a crown, flanked by yellow and red flower garlands, in front of an ornate gold-painted arched gateway. Probable Swamiji (probable): the long swept-back hair, saffron-orange wrap, gold necklaces and garlands are visible cues, and he is a physically present figure in the scene.2015-02-05 +1 copiesJanuary 04 20152015-01-04A photograph of a murti seated on a throne-like seat decorated with thick garlands of red, yellow and white flowers.
