Several men in matching saffron-orange dhotis and red-bordered cloths play drums, including a large barrel drum and smaller hand drums, and some are barefoot. The ornate, gold-framed vehicle carries a large framed portrait of a man with a white turban and white beard, and the frame is decorated with carved golden scrollwork. Lush green trees and a paved road with white edge lines frame the scene, with a few parked cars in the distance.2006-10-19September 17 20072007-09-17September 17 20072007-09-17November 12 2006 Salem Aadheenam Inauguration2006-11-12September 17 20072007-09-17 +1 copiesNovember 21 20102010-11-21February 12 20102010-02-12 +1 copiesFive men in white shirts and white dhotis stand in a single line on a paved road, each holding a brass or metal tray of fruit, flowers and offerings, several with pink and yellow blossoms. A green and white banner behind them shows a smiling man with long hair in an orange-saffron robe, but he is a printed image, not a physical person, and the banner's Tamil text reads Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam. Green grass and a tree frame the roadside, and a small pile of debris lies near the verge. This appears to be a devotional offering procession.2007-09-17
