A shaved-headed priest in white clothing and an orange shawl, seated at left, extends his hand over a brick fire pit holding a burning flame. Nearby, a man in white kneels with hands pressed together in prayer, and a woman in a white sari with red blouse sits beside him, also with palms joined. Offerings of fruit, flowers and a brass vessel rest on the ground around the fire. A framed picture of a deity murti hangs on the wall above a white-draped altar with a brass kalasha and a lamp. Several people are visible at the right edge, including a man in a white shirt holding a camera.2007-09-17
