Vaikunta Ekadasi || Bhagavad Gita Jayanti || Respects to the late Swami Sundaranandiji || PSM 18

Narration

On this special day of Vaikunta Ekadasi, The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, bestowed all with a powerful Darshan during the live celebrations which took place in Adi KAILASA, Bidadi and in several locations around the world. Many who also joined in virtually, were blessed to participate in this event Vaikunta Ekadashi which is one of the important and auspicious days for Devotees of Lord Vishnu. Today, many also celebrated Bhagavad Gita Jayanti, the day when this amazing happening of the dialogue between man and Divine occurred that changed humanity forever. Bhagavan Sri Krishna is the most extraordinary expression of the cosmos and its glory personified. His Divine Holiness also graced all with His presence for the Thulabharam and Mandagapadi offered by the Hindu Diaspora worldwide and with the KAILASA Nation, also paid respects to the great Sadhu, Swami Sundaranandihi.

Contributing to over 108 humanitarian causes of SHRIKAILASA Uniting Nations, KAILASA's Nithyananda Hindu University marks today as Season 18, Day 12 of the Paramashivoham convention. One of the major highlights of KAILASA’s contributions through this convention is Power Manifestation, today being the Power of Levitation. His Divine Holiness, worked further on raising the Consciousness of the delegates by bestowing them with Venkateshwara Bhava Samadhi Darshan and Ashta Ashta Bhairavas Bhava Darshan for the day.

Sanyasis of the Nithyananda Order of Monks and initiated Acharyas worldwide, affiliated with the Department of Education of KAILASA conducted a series of seminars focusing on the Truths related to Shiva Sutras, Patanjali Yoga Sutras and Sarvaparityaga, as revealed by The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism inspiring millions towards the Science of Hinduism.

-Vaikunta Ekadashi is one of the important and auspicious day for Devotees of Lord Vishnu. It is dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara. On this auspicious day Lord Venkateshwara assures his devotees liberation in both the inner and outer world!The significance of Vaikunta Ekadasi is mentioned in the ‘Padma Purana’. As per the legend, the Devas unable to bear the tyranny of ‘Muran’, a demon, approached Lord Shiva, who directed them to Lord Vishnu. A battle ensued between Lord Vishnu and the demon and the Lord decided to create a new weapon needed to slay Muran.

-In order to take rest and create a new weapon, the Lord retired to a cave called ‘Himavati’ in Badrikashrama. When Muran tried to slay the Lord, who was sleeping, the female energy that emerged from the Lord burnt him to ashes in one look. Lord Vishnu opened the gate of Vaikuntam (His abode) for the two demons in spite of them being against the Lord. They also asked for the boon that whoever listens to their story and sees the image of Lord Vishnu coming out of the door (called Dwar), called Vaikunta Dwar, will reach Vaikunta as well.
-‘Vaikuntam‘ is a state and space where there is only abundance.Vaikunta Ekadasi, is the day when ‘Vaikunta Dwaram’ or the gate to Vaikunta are kept open for anybody to walk in!  Anyone who enters the Vaikunta Dwara on this day is guaranteed to attain the spiritual abode.

-His Holiness the revered yogi, Swami Sundaranandji, the author of the famous book "Himalayas Through the Lens of a Sadhu" attained the feet of Paramashiva this week. His work was poetry written by him through photographs glorifying the majesty of the Himalayas - the Garbha Graha (Brahmastanam) of Sanatana Hindu Dharma. Swami Sundaranandji has taken 300,000 photos, over a 50-year period.  An adept Yogi himself, he had also worked with many great masters having studied at the feet of his Guru, Swami Tapovan Maharaj who authored the book "Wanderings in the Himalayas". His passing away is a great loss to Hinduism.  Swamiji, HDH Nithyananda Paramashivam, and the Kailasa Hindu Nation pays their deep respects to the great Sadhu today.
