Sunday, 5th Dec 2021 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Online Nithyananda Yoga @ 5 am - At Brahma Muhurta, a total of 15 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.

2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Kher Jia which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Ananda Shraddha.

3) eGurukul (English) #8/2021 @ 3-5 pm Today, we had a total of 12 kids and 8 parents participated in eGurukul lesson. We began the lesson by offering Shri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Swamiji in deep gratitude and devotion. After puja, the children were led by Ma YY Loo into 1-hr of Nithyananda Yoga practice, Prathama Vinyasa Krama. They started with a warm-up series focusing on loosening the wrists followed by skeleton dance – which is their favourite part of yoga practice. Next, we proceeded to 1 arm-balancing yogasana and 1 inversion: PARSVA MAYURASANA, KAPALI ASANA. Finally, the kids sat in silence to connect with Lord Ganesha, the Lord of Completion and completed with all ideas of impossibilities. After the completion process, we recapped the Shastra Pramana of 3rd Eye power and entered into the same Advance 3rd eye powers i.e. reading of headings and short paragraph of a book as we did in last week. We are delighted to see more kids were reading of fine print of a paragraph after the completion process. Finally, we closed today’s lesson with poorna mantra!
