We offered the daily Puja to the sacred Padukas of our beloved Guru, Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam HDH Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam. Such a beautiful blessings.

We offered the following FREE Online Programs as part of our continued Community Outreach Services: - Chakra Meditation - HDH mentions that there are a lot of mechanisms in our body which when not put to proper use occupy unnecessary space inside us in our being. If one knows how to switch on the energy centres, just one switch turned on that is all that is needed to make the whole mechanism useful. The mechanism HDH is referring to is the energy centres - Chakras. Chakras are energy centers in us, whose well-being reflect our physical, mental and spiritual well-being. - Kosha Meditation - Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism HDH #Nithyananda Paramashivam explains that whatever you want to achieve in life can be achieved. You can Manifest it, you can express it, you can attract it the moment your Being wants it. If your entire being wants something you can achieve it. He further explains 5 layers of our Being our Existence. First layer is physical body ( Annamaya Kosha) Second layer is breathing layer ( Pranamaya Kosha) Third layer is #Mental layer Thinking ( Manomaya Kosha) Fourth layer is feeling cognition about you (Vijnanamaya Kosha) Fifth layer is #Bliss ( Anandamaya Kosha) These five layers put together is You. Even if one layer is not attended you will not be complete. This Meditation is to purify these layers.
