A photograph of an empty ritual seat set on a prepared floor. A square orange cushion rests on a woven straw mat with blue edging, beside a brass kalasha-style pot with a spout and a small orange flower. Behind it sits a second mat, a maroon rug, and a floor decorated with white kolam-style patterns, flowers and a ring of dark gravel. No person is present, so the seat is unoccupied.A photograph of a man seated in lotus posture on a low wooden platform with a cushion, eyes closed and hands resting in his lap, in meditation. He wears an orange saffron wrap over one shoulder and a long dark rudraksha mala, with a red tilak on his forehead. Behind him stands an orange stone pedestal topped by a dark stone Nandi bull draped with a red flower garland, flanked by grey stone statues and small shrines under coconut palms. A brass oil lamp sits to the lower left, and decorative floral patterns are drawn on the ground. An outdoor scene at an ashram courtyard on sandy ground. A person in orange robes and a long orange shawl sits cross-legged on a low mat beside a circular sand-and-stone fire pit, holding a long red-tipped rod over it. Behind them a decorated wooden cart carries orange cloth, a marigold garland arch and a kalasha-like finial. A large black stone Nandi bull sits on a pedestal with a red garland, and a palm-thatched structure and a silver SUV are visible. A green-and-white ashram map board stands at left. The scene appears to be a homa or yagna preparation at a temple grounds.

Night photograph of a large black Shiva lingam standing in water at the centre of a pool, with water cascading over its upper surface. Three ornate gold-and-red face panels of Shiva are mounted on its front below a silver band. A white-and-red striped platform supports the lingam, with a metal staircase railing rising from the left edge. Two or three white-clad figures stand along the pool edges, and red-and-white string lights hang across the background. Dark sky and water surround the scene.
