A photograph of a shaved-headed priest in plain white ritual dhoti and shawl, with white sacred ash and a red vertical tilak on his forehead and arms, wearing a gold bead rudraksha-style mala with gold beads. He holds a small silver vessel with both hands and appears to be performing a puja, with incense smoke rising in front of him. To the left, a woman in a green-and-white sari stands with palms pressed together in prayer. On the right edge, a figure in saffron-orange robes is partly visible. A gilded ornate frame stands behind them.A close-up photograph of a puja offering being prepared on a gold-coloured tray. Two hands, one pouring water from a small silver cup, arrange silver bowls holding white jasmine-like flowers, pink and cream lotus petals, green leaves and a whole apple. Ornate silver vessels with engraved rims surround the central tray. Only partial hands and arms are visible at the edges, so people are not clearly countable.A seated man in saffron-orange robes and a rudraksha mala sits cross-legged on a woven mat atop a raised circular platform outdoors, eyes closed, hands resting in his lap. A brass kalasha-style vessel and a red flower sit before him on the platform, which is ringed with white stones. Behind him stands a large orange-red pedestal holding a black Nandi bull statue draped in garlands, with more dark stone deity statues and a parked cart with red-and-white garlands visible at left. A white and green kolam rangoli decorates the ground in front. The setting suggests a temple-garden meditation or puja scene, though the page's event details are not visible in the image itself.

Close photo of a pair of bare feet resting on a golden tray during a padapuja foot-worship ritual. The feet belong to a person wearing orange-saffron robes at the right edge. Around them are silver and gold plates, white jasmine-like flowers and green leaves, and a sliced fruit on a plate at lower right. Hands of another person appear at the top left, touching the offerings. Silver bowls surround the scene.

Title

Siddha Tradition: Sleep state - Nithyananda Morning Satsang 24 Nov 2010 Message Day 10

Narration

The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, expounded on the Cosmic Principles of Jagrat-Shushupti during the everyday live public talk - Nithyananda Satsang. In this talk entitled Siddha Tradition: Sleep state - Nithyananda Morning Satsang 24 Nov 2010 Message Day 10, His Divine Holiness (HDH) expounded that seepage of the deep sleep state, into the waking state and dream state, is a warning that any moment the mind can break. Unnecessary engrams and samskaras should be released as staying in this state is dangerous. His Divine Holiness advised delegates to avoid the states of wakeful dreaming and wakeful sleeping as they will lead to ruin. Instead, He shared, we should live in a state of Jagrat-Jagrat - wakeful wakefulness - and practice the fourth state of Jagrat-Turiya.
