Description:
Have you ever wondered ‘Why me?’ when thing start to go wrong in your life for no apparent reason?
When you understand the concept of karma, you will see that whatsoever is happening to you is really of your own doing. Nothing happens to you from outside of you. You create whatever happens to you. Of course, most of the time you are not conscious of your actions. So you are not able to see yourself doing it. Again and again, we repeat the same negative behavior patterns that can be so damaging for our relationships. Without intending to, we create so much suffering for ourselves and others.
Karma does not operate to favor or punish people. Nor is it a simple cause-and-effect action, like dropping a brick on your foot and getting hurt. Karma operates to help us evolve to the next level of consciousness. That’s why your intention plays a big role in the karmic fallout that your actions will have. Your ignorance of the law does not mean that the law will not operate. At the same time, if you make a mistake without meaning to hurt anyone, the karma you attract would certainly be gentler.
What is the way out of karma?
In a single word: awareness.
If you are sad, watch and meditate on your misery. See how the root of your misery lies within you. Watch how you create misery inside, continuously creating your moods. The mind constantly tells you everybody else is responsible for your misery, especially your spouse! Don’t fool yourself by projecting on others the responsibility of what you create.
Nobody can make you suffer without your silent permission. Once you understand that whatever happens is from deep inside you, you will suddenly see things changing. Take full responsibility for yourself and see how you become integrated in whatever you do. Become the change that you want to see in others! The awareness that you are responsible is enough; you will automatically act intelligently. You will become more aware of every action and thought of yours. You will see all your relationships are improving for the better. With simple awareness, you can go beyond karma.
