A tall pole with a red-orange flag stands on the rise, with palm trees and scrub behind it. Two small white-clad figures stand near the pole at the crest. On the left, a weathered single-storey building with a corrugated tin awning sits beside the dirt track, and modest houses line the road on the right. Scattered plastic litter and stones cover the ground.2007-03-03A photograph of a dusty, littered open ground with scattered trash, plastic bags, stumps and a few dark rocks in the foreground. A black dog sniffs the debris in the centre. A leaning utility pole with overhead wires stands on the right, and a small pile of stones sits at its base. In the background, a dirt mound rises beside a row of modest houses, palm trees and dry hillside scrub under a partly cloudy sky. Several small distant figures in white clothing stand and walk along the mound and near the houses, and a child in red is visible on the right. The scene appears to be a rural village outskirts.2007-03-03A photograph of a dusty open ground at dusk with makeshift tents and shelters made of striped and coloured cloth, blue tarpaulin and wooden poles. Several cattle stand and lie on the bare earth, including a white bull and brown cows. A large heap of rubbish, scraps of cloth and straw lies in the right foreground. A few distant figures are visible near the tents, too small to describe in detail. A faint purple logo appears in the top-left corner.2009-10-02October 02 20092009-10-02
