A rough, trash-strewn patch of dry earth with scattered plastic bags, bottles and debris in the foreground, rising to a bare dirt mound. A tall pole with a small red flag stands on the mound, beside a small white concrete structure and low buildings. Behind them are trees, palms and a reddish hillside under a partly cloudy blue sky, with overhead power lines crossing the top of the frame. No people are visible.
