A photograph of a dirt road on the left running past a wide open plot strewn with litter, plastic bags and scrubby stumps. A large mound of earth rises in the middle of the plot, with a small red flag on a pole on its crest. Utility poles with sagging wires cross a cloudy blue sky, and modest houses and trees stand on the right. A grey car is parked at the left edge. No people are visible in the scene.
