A bare-chested man in white dhoti and shawl with gold border holds a brass lamp with a flickering flame in front of a large dark stone deity statue with a tall arched back, adorned with red and green cloth and garlands. Behind them a decorated palanquin-like ratha with red and multicolour fabric canopy, garlands and a deity murti is set on a tractor-drawn cart. A man in white plays a long wind instrument at left, and other white-clad devotees stand in the background near a red tractor. Smoke drifts through the frame.
