A priest in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, bare-chested with white tripundra marks on his arms and chest and a rudraksha bracelet, stands at right performing puja before a golden-framed shrine. Seated at centre is a deity murti of Lord Rama with a crown and jewelled necklaces, flanked by Sita and Lakshmana in ornate crowns, all draped in yellow, green, red and white garlands. A golden Hanuman murti sits at the front, hands folded near his face, on a purple brocade pedestal. Red brocade covers the platform, a multicoloured canopy hangs above, and brass bowls, flowers and a lit oil lamp sit at the base. The priest holds a small silver vessel while a flame burns in front of the shrine.
