Night photograph of an illuminated shrine on a stone platform beside dark water. A large floral arch of marigold and multicoloured garlands frames a central seated figure draped in a deep red-brown cloth with a yellow garland, while attendants in orange and red ritual wear tend the setting. Several devotees in saffron and orange saris stand on the steps in the foreground with hands folded, and children in white and light clothing watch nearby. A kalasha-like canopy with blue trim tops the arch.
