Photo of men wading in a fast-flowing river beside a stone ghat. A man in a saffron-orange robe printed with OM symbols and an orange lower cloth reaches down to help a boy in the water. Several shirtless young men stand in the churning water, gripping a heavy iron chain fixed to a dark wooden post, one holding a sunken swimmer. A man in a checked shirt watches, and a bare-chested man at right wears a rudraksha-style bead necklace and a red wrist thread. Rain and spray mark the scene.
