Photograph of a flag hoisting at an outdoor temple site under a clear blue sky. A tall copper-toned dhvajastambha flagpole rises beside an ornate carved stone base on a white platform. A figure in orange robes stands atop the base, reaching up toward the top of the pole, while a second person in an orange-red sari-style garment stands on a small wooden stool and pulls the flag rope taut. A small orange and white flag flutters near the top. A white building with the printed sign SRI NITHYANANDESHWARA is visible behind them, with trees on the left. The scene suggests a flag-raising ceremony in a temple precinct.
