A large banyan tree dominates the frame, its thick trunks, aerial roots and sprawling horizontal limbs spreading across the courtyard. At the base of the trunk, a small dark cavity sits beside a low stone platform with a tiled step. A single person wearing an orange robe stands at the right edge near the tree, facing toward the trunk. A small blue sign with white lettering is mounted at the base of the tree, and a black stone slab lies in the foreground. Low walls and orange-tinted buildings surround the open sandy ground.
