Two sannyasis in saffron-orange robes kneel on a patterned cloth in a temple hall. The figure at right, with a shaved head, rudraksha mala and tattooed arms, bows low and touches his forehead to a golden tray. The tray holds two golden vessels, red and yellow flowers, and a red velvet cushion on a silver pedestal. At left, a younger sannyasi with long dark hair, a rudraksha mala and a red-orange shawl gazes upward. Stacks of wooden book-shaped boards with printed text lie beside them, and a blue cloth is folded nearby. Behind them are curtains, a gold ritual stand and seated audience members. The scene suggests a sacred offering or padapuja presentation.2019-01-08January 05 20192019-01-05January 08 20192019-01-08January 08 20192019-01-08A photograph of a devotee in white and gold dhoti with bare upper back, bowing forehead-first to the ornate silver-embossed footed stand on the red floor, placing one hand on a round orange fruit set on it. The figure wears a rudraksha mala. Behind, two seated attendants in white and gold dhotis with rudraksha malas watch. An orange-robed person stands at left beside a leopard-print cloth. The scene suggests pranam before a sacred seat or murti at a ritual gathering.2018-04-14 +1 copiesA man in white ritual clothes kneels on the floor and bows his head to rest on a red velvet cushion set on an ornate silver footstool with scrolled legs. A second person in a rust-red robe with a gold border stands beside him, his hand resting on the kneeling man's head. The setting is a dim hall with a patterned floor, and a gold-trimmed red cloth hangs in the background.2018-03-09January 08 20192019-01-08A photo inside a temple-like hall with polished stone floors and a gold-framed throne. A bald, bare-chested elderly man with white tripundra marks on his forehead and a gold-beaded rudraksha mala sits on a red-orange cushioned seat, holding a small object in his hand. Beside him, a smiling man in orange robes, with a rudraksha mala and ornate gold-beaded necklace, sits on a gilded chair. A devotee in white clothing with a gold border bows low on the floor before the seated figure, with a silver plate, cup and marigold-like petals nearby. Another man in orange stands at the left edge. The seated elder appears to be an ascetic receiving reverence, with no clear identification beyond roles.2012-04-11November 07 20112011-11-07January 06 20182018-01-06September 12 20152015-09-12September 21 20162016-09-21
