Two sannyasis in saffron-orange robes kneel on a patterned cloth in a temple hall. The figure at right, with a shaved head, rudraksha mala and tattooed arms, bows low and touches his forehead to a golden tray. The tray holds two golden vessels, red and yellow flowers, and a red velvet cushion on a silver pedestal. At left, a younger sannyasi with long dark hair, a rudraksha mala and a red-orange shawl gazes upward. Stacks of wooden book-shaped boards with printed text lie beside them, and a blue cloth is folded nearby. Behind them are curtains, a gold ritual stand and seated audience members.
