A large black stone Shiva lingam with a yoni-pitha base stands on a raised red-and-white striped platform surrounded by still water that reflects it. The lingam is garlanded with a multicoloured flower garland of yellow, red and purple blooms, and a small white decorated band is affixed to its front. Metal stairs and railings climb a red brick terrace lined with many small black lingam shrines and potted plants. No people are visible in the scene.2013-10-21A large black stone Shivling stands on a raised square platform in a water-filled pool, its top garlanded with a multicoloured flower garland of red, yellow, green and purple. The lingam's upright column has small silver plaques and a central medallion. Steel railings and a staircase lead up beside it, and a tiered red-brick terrace with rows of small potted plants rises behind. A grey building and a tree appear in the background under a pale sky. No people are clearly visible, though faint orange-robed figures may be on the stairs at left. The water reflects the lingam and the railings.2013-10-21November 25 20182018-11-25A large dark grey stone Shiva lingam with a rounded top stands on a square plinth striped in red and white, inside an open red-tiered amphitheatre. No people are visible; the scene suggests a Karthikai Deepam lamp celebration.2010-11-21A large dark grey stone Shiva lingam with a yoni-shaped peetha base stands on a square dais surrounded by water. The base has carved petal-like motifs and a spout. Behind it a striped red and white wall rises beside raw earth and scrubland. No people are visible.2009-06-09A large black Shiva lingam stands on a raised red-and-white platform in a rectangular water tank, with water spilling from a spout on its base. Garlands of flowers are draped over the lingam, and a metal staircase with railings leads up its side. Red-tiered stadium seating surrounds the pool, and a framed portrait is set on a stand near the seats. Several people in white clothes are scattered across the steps and seating, including a few walking on the stairs at the right. Green foliage and red flowers frame the foreground, and a yellow dump truck is parked behind the stands under a pale sky.2013-11-18September 01 20142014-09-01October 21 20132013-10-21 +1 copiesOctober 21 20132013-10-21 +1 copies
