A large black Shiva lingam stands on a raised red-and-white platform in a rectangular water tank, with water spilling from a spout on its base. Garlands of flowers are draped over the lingam, and a metal staircase with railings leads up its side. Red-tiered stadium seating surrounds the pool, and a framed portrait is set on a stand near the seats. Several people in white clothes are scattered across the steps and seating, including a few walking on the stairs at the right. Green foliage and red flowers frame the foreground, and a yellow dump truck is parked behind the stands under a pale sky.
