Each pot has a brass rim and a coconut with a reddish-pink husk topped with green mango leaves, and the netting is dotted with red kumkum marks. The arrangement looks like ritual preparation for a homa or yagna, with the pots set out in rows across the foreground. No people are visible in the frame, though a partial figure in white clothing appears at the top edge.2006-07-16Close-up photo of rows of brass lamps (oil lamps) with glowing flames, arranged densely on a surface in the foreground. Behind them, partially visible people stand in the background: a woman in an orange and red sari with bangles, and a man in a white shirt. A white sack and corrugated sheet appear at the upper left. The lamps are covered with fine white mesh shades and reflect warm light.2006-07-16Photo 11716057September 25 20092009-09-25 +1 copiesJanuary 03 20082008-01-03July 16 20062006-07-16July 16 20062006-07-16Close-up photograph of three polished brass kalasha pots arranged in a row, their rims wrapped in white thread that forms a diagonal net pattern across their bodies. Mango leaves and a dried orange-brown leaf or stem rise from the pot openings, and red kumkum marks dot the thread wrapping. No people are visible.2009-09-25 +1 copiesJuly 16 20062006-07-16Three brass kalasha pots stand on a golden-yellow cloth, each holding a coconut with its husk and fibres still on, topped with leafy green mango-style leaves and grass stalks. The pots are wrapped with white crosshatched cord and filled with turmeric-coloured material. Soft light falls across the table. No people are visible. A small inset portrait of a smiling man in an orange head covering appears in the top-left corner, and a golden deity emblem and a flag-like logo appear in the top-right corner.2022-09-28
