In the foreground a young boy in a red and black checked shirt and dark trousers stands barefoot near the threshold, facing the queue. Men in white shirts and checked lungis stand at the left, a shirtless man in a pink-checked cloth stands centre, and a young man in a beige T-shirt and dark shorts stands behind them. Women in salwar kameez, one in blue and white and another in a pink and blue checked shawl, stand further back. Sandals are scattered along the edge of the path, and a striped pillar and green trees frame the scene.2019-08-18Photo 8277633 +2 copiesOutdoor photograph of a long queue of men and a few women standing behind bamboo barrier poles on a paved area, under a partly cloudy sky. Palm fronds and trees stand behind them, with a lamp post and a black speaker box at right. Several men wear white dhotis and white shirts, one wears a pink shirt and white dhoti, and a woman in a pink saree stands near the middle. Plastic chairs are placed in the foreground. The line appears to be waiting for food distribution. No single figure is clearly identifiable as a person.2012-11-27January 21 20092009-01-21Two long lines of devotees in white clothing stand facing each other along a dirt path during a procession. On the left, men wear white shirts and white dhotis, some with small garlands or cloth bags; a young boy in white stands near the middle. On the right, women wear white saris with coloured borders, some carrying black handbags and plastic bags. Thatched-roof structures, a tiled building, palm fronds and trees frame the open, sunny courtyard. No individual is clearly identifiable as a person in this view.2006-12-30 +1 copiesDecember 08 20112011-12-08
