July 17 20132013-07-17September 30 20132013-09-30A photograph of a diksha-style blessing in an indoor hall. A man with a shaved head and a tilak mark on his forehead wears a crimson and gold robe, rudraksha mala beads and gold bangles, and reaches forward with his right arm extended, palm open toward the head of a seated devotee. The devotee, in a white shirt with short dark hair, bows forward with his hands raised to his head to receive the blessing. Behind them a seated woman in white with a dark beaded mala watches calmly, and a partially visible man in white sits at the right edge. A brocade-patterned wall and a projection screen stand in the background, and a gold object is visible at the lower left. The blessing figure has a tilak and no clearly distinctive long hair or crown, so identity is uncertain.2014-01-05September 02 20152015-09-02A seated figure with hair pulled into a low bun, wearing a rust-orange cloth and a rudraksha mala, places a hand on the forehead of a bald man in a white embroidered kurta who holds his own hand up in front of his face. A gold-coloured ornate object sits in the foreground. Behind them, a man in white with a pale ID badge stands near a red curtain, another man in orange wears a white shawl, and a young man in a striped polo shirt watches at right. A man with a red tilak on his forehead sits in a white dhoti with gold trim beside the seated figure. The blessing appears to be a forehead touch during darshan or satsang.2013-09-30A man with his hair swept back and a rudraksha mala, wearing a saffron-orange shawl over a yellow garment and a small red mark on his forehead, places his right hand on the forehead of a man in a white kurta, whose hands are raised overhead. Beside them a golden ceremonial vessel rests on a cloth, and garlands of red and yellow flowers hang near a deity murti at left. A man in white holds a small card, and others stand behind in white and in saffron. The setting appears to be an indoor shrine room with a fan and red curtains.2013-09-29September 30 20132013-09-30September 29 20132013-09-29September 30 20132013-09-30March 25 20142014-03-25January 04 20142014-01-04December 10 20132013-12-10
