A photograph of a crowded seated gathering of mostly women, many in orange and red saris with orange blouses, some with white-and-orange tilak marks on their foreheads, sitting on a stone floor around a low grey slab. Several women in front lean in and reach toward the slab, while one woman in a red sari with a gold border touches it. A woman in a red and white sari in the foreground photographs the scene with a phone. Others in colourful salwar and kurta outfits sit or stand behind, including a woman in a pink kurta at the back right. No a person candidate is visible in the frame.2017-01-15A seated crowd of mostly women fills an indoor temple hall, many in orange and red saris and salwar outfits with vermilion or sandalwood marks on their foreheads. In the centre, a woman in a red sari with a gold-bordered pallu sits beside a grey stone slab holding a small dark ritual object, with a younger woman in orange leaning toward it. Other devotees wear malas and gold necklaces, some in green, yellow, pink and blue clothing, and a few stand at the back near brass lamps and a gold-coloured altar at right. The scene suggests a group ritual or satsang gathering, with participants watching and some holding phones.2017-01-15January 15 20172017-01-15October 19 20132013-10-19August 29 20142014-08-29September 06 20132013-09-06A seated group of young women and girls in orange and maroon saris with pink or yellow borders sits closely together at a gathering.
