A young man in orange robes and a gold necklace holds a brass lamp with an orange cloth on its base. Beside him, a person in orange robes with long dark hair leans forward, arm extended toward a large gold kalasha on a flower-draped altar. Behind them stands a deity murti with a crown and jewelled gold ornaments, and a seated goddess-like figure in red and gold sari with a garland, and a blue-draped figure in front. Purple and white garlands wrap the altar. Two people are visible, performing puja.2009-12-24A woman in an orange sari sits cross-legged on a stone platform performing puja before a shrine. Her forehead bears a white tilak. Before her are brass vessels, a bowl of flowers and leaves, and a lamp. Behind her, a deity murti pair in a gilded arch on a magenta drape: the left figure wears a red turban, rudraksha-like beads and four arms, the right wears a golden crown and a garland. Between them stands a black lingam draped in red cloth, garlanded with red and yellow flower strands. A small bronze deity murti sits in front. The setting is a stone temple sanctum with carved pillars.2013-08-03 +1 copiesA devotee in saffron-orange robes and a matching saffron turban stands at right, palms pressed together in namaskar before a large golden deity murti seated on an ornate throne.
