In today’s morning Satsang from Varanasi, Paramahamsa Nithyananda defined the Root Pattern which is the pattern through which you keep your struggles alive, thus preventing breakthrough. It is the biggest block to enlightenment. He went on to explain that the Root pattern is what you hold the people around you with.
