Kailasa's Hindu Voting

Hindu temples, which have belonged to Hindus for centuries or even millennia, have suddenly fallen under government control. As a consequence, there has been a dilution of traditions, diversion of the revenues they generate, and illegal demolitions. While other religious edifices are widely under the control of their ecclesiastical authorities, Hinduism loses more and more temples every day.

Should Hindus be the sole proprietors of their religious edifices and free to practice their religion?
