We offered Our Daily Guru Paduka Puja and Shiva Puja, 30 September 2022, giving gratitude to Swamiji .

With the blessings and guidance from The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam, we are observing Chaturmasya 2022 Vratam, our Sessions for 30-Sep-22: 7 pm - 7:45 pm AST - Unclutching Session 7:45 pm - 8:30 pm AST - Reading from the scriptures

Tonight we read from the Living Enlightenment Book by The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam His Divine Holiness Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam. 🌸 Page 162 Page 169 - Powerful Cognition: "Guilt of not being worthy of love - Many people carry the guilt of not being worthy of being loved. This guilt happens from young age conditioning. When we are children, our parents tell us, ‘If you do this I will love you more. If you do that, I will give you a candy. If you listen to me, I will take you to a movie.’ All these things take root in you and you grow up with a strong impression that you should deserve to be loved. You feel guilty if someone loves you without you doing anything to deserve it. Many people when they come to me, carry the same guilt. Be very clear, you are here not because you deserve to be here. You are here as part of the flow of Existence, that’s all. There is nothing deserving or undeserving in this. I am like a full cloud ready to shower. You don’t need to do" Unclutching Session #36 - 4 Participants (152 collectively) Living Enlightenment Reading #61 - 3 Participants (289 collectively)

KAILASA SAN JOSE conducted UNCLUTCHING MEDITATION SESSION today. Gratitude to SPH JGM HDH Bhagavan Sri Nithyananda Paramashivam for the Unclutched Space and Healing everyone experienced SWAMIJI says DO NOT BREAK THE REGULAR SPIRITUAL PRACTICE OF UNCLUTCHING YOURSELF FROM SUFFERING. SWAMIJI defines Unclutching – Being Unclutched. When you are not transferring the stress and load created by one thought to the other thought and carrying that load constantly. Please understand, usually you transfer the load and the stress you create by one thought to the other thought and when you are constantly transferring those emotions to the next thought your inner space becomes insensitive, loaded with so much of emotions, it naturally sinks into depression, restlessness, boredom – all the negative emotions. Unclutching is not connecting one thought and the other thought and carrying the same stress and emotions. When you unclutch you stop carrying the stress and negative emotions from one thought to the other thought and when you don’t carry that stress, suffering, negativity, pressure, restlessness from one thought to the other thought naturally you experience peace inside.

4. Enriching via Social Media Platforms and enriching calls.

We continuously enrich the Northern California by creating posts across various social media platforms with the sacred truths revealed by SPH, darshan pictures of the deities, Yoga and Meditation Sessions pictures, conducting online sessions,Info about upcoming programs and by going live for local temple events. Enriching calls are made daily to support people in Causing their Reality.
