Sunday, 28th Nov 2021 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Online Nithyananda Yoga @ 5 am - At Brahma Muhurta, a total of 13 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.

2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Meiyun which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Ananda Shraddha.

3) eGurukul (English) #7/2021 @ 3-5 pm - In the 7th lesson of eGurukul, a total of 14 kids and 11 parents participated in today’s lesson plan. In the first segment, the children offered Guru Puja by offering their gratitude and devotion to our beloved Guru, Swamiji. Next, the kids had 1-hr of Nithyananda Yoga, Prathama Vinyasa Krama led by ma YY Loo with a warm-up series focusing on loosening the wrists followed by skeleton dance. Kids really had a blast in the skeleton dance, then we proceeded to 2 arm-balancing yogasanas and 1 hip-opening asana: KANIPAVA-ASANA, PARSVA MAYURASANA, BHAIRAGANATHA-ASANA. Finally, the kids sat in restful awareness to connect with Swamiji. In the final segment, we recapped the Shastra Pramana of 3rd Eye power and entered into the power manifestation. This week, we played with Advance 3rd eye powers i.e. reading of headings and short paragraph of a book. Kids were asked to read the heading followed by a short paragraph. Five kids manifested successfully by Swamiji’s grace while the other kids were taken on an instant completion to drop their self-doubt and fear. It was amazing to see these kids demonstrated courage to try reading again after the completion with the acharya holding a powerful space of possibilities. Parents and acharyas witnessed the importance of completion and space-holding in action in today’s power manifestation. We concluded the session with poorna mantra!.
