KAILASA WORLDWIDE TO OBSERVE SRI ADI SHANKARACHARYA JAYANTHI || 17 MAY 2021

“HISTORICALLY IN THE MODERN DAYS, ONLY JNANASAMBANDAR IS RECOGNISED AS ONE OF THE REVIVORS OF SHYAMALA PEETHA SARVAJNAPEETHAM. BUT BY REFERRING TO THE MADURAI MOTHER DOCUMENTS OF MADURAI AADHEENAM, THE 117TH GURU MAHASANNIDHANAM OF SHYAMALA PEETHA SARVAJNAPEETHAM, SHANMATHA STHAPANA DESIKAR, THAT IS ADI SHANKARACHARYA HIMSELF REVIVED SHYAMALA PEETHA SARVAJNAPEETHAM.

JNANASAMBANDAR REVIVED IT MUCH EARLIER THAN SRI ADI SHANKARACHARYA. LATER ON, AGAIN, SRI ADI SHANKARACHARYA ALSO ASCENDS THAT SHYAMALA PEETHA SARVAJNAPEETHAM AND REVIVES THE WHOLE SARVAJNAPEETHAM ONCE AGAIN.MANY GREAT SAINTS DURING THEIR TIME ASCEND THE THRONE AND REVIVE THE SARVAJNAPEETHAS. IT WAS A LIFESTYLE AND TREND IN THOSE DAYS.

THE KASHMIR SARVAJNAPEETHA, THE KASHI SARVAJNAPEETHA, THE SHYAMALA PEETHA SARVAJNAPEETHAM, AND THE KANCHI SARVAJNAPEETHAM EXISTED EVEN BEFORE SHANKARA CAME. SRI ADI SHANKARACHARYA ASCENDED THE KASHMIR, KANCHI, MADURAI SARVAJNAPEETHAMS AND REVIVED AND GLORIFIED THEM. HE HIMSELF ESTABLISHED FIVE MUTTS - PURI, BADRIKASHRAM, DWARAKA, SRINGERI AND KANCHI” - THE SPH ON 14 JAN 2020

IN CONJUNCTION OF SRI ADI SHANKARACHARYA JAYANTHI, THE SPH BHAGAVAN NITHYANANDA PARAMASHIVAM, AS THE 293rd JAGATGURU MAHASANNIDHANAM (PONTIFF) OF KAILASONNATA SHYAMALAPEETHA SARVAJNAPEETHAM OFFERS HIS RESPECTS TO HIS PREDECESSOR - BHAGAVAN SRI ADI SHANKARACHARYA.
