A standing man in a rendered, golden-toned portrait set within an arched cave-like frame of rough stone. He is bare-chested and wears multiple long strands of brown rudraksha beads across his shoulders and chest, a thin cord over the torso, and a tiger-striped animal-print cloth at the waist with a purple-grey bead mala looped at the hip. He wears salmon-pink dhoti-style lower garments with a gold-brocade band and a small silver pouch hanging at his side. His black hair is piled up, with a white band across the forehead, and his right hand is raised in a mudra while the left hangs open at his side. The image carries a copyright line along the lower right. Visible appearance is consistent with a person depicted in a printed or digital portrait, with the rudraksha malas and distinctive ceremonial adornments as cues.A single bare-chested man stands in front of a dark arched recess carved into golden rock. He wears a tall black dreadlocked crown-like headwrap, white tilak on his forehead, and multiple strands of brown rudraksha malas over his chest and shoulders, plus a gold chain. A tiger-striped cloth covers his waist, and a small golden pouch hangs at his left hip. His right hand is raised in a mudra with thumb and forefinger touching, while his left hand rests open at his side. Appearance cues include the dreadlocked crown, rudraksha malas and tiger-skin cloth, so this is a person depiction in person, though the page does not place him at this event.

Sunday, 9th May 2021 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Nithyananda Yoga morning routine - At 5 am, 3 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.

2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Kher Jia which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Sri Yogajnanananda.

3) eGurkul lesson 11/2021 - Today, we had 6 kids and 4 parents who attended online eGurukul lesson. To begin, the kids offered Sri Guru Puja, followed by Nithyananda Yoga practice of Prathama Vinyasa Krama led by Ma YY. The kids enjoyed the Yoga which worked on strength and balance. Next, we entered into the Integrity lesson 14 where kids learned integrity is the permanent immediate solution to a successful life. Integrity makes you feel comfortable with yourself. The moment you bring integrity into your thinking, the first thing that you will notice is that you will know what is happening inside you. The shift inside you changes the outer reality. Everything in your life is the totality of honouring the word you give to yourself and to others because the respect you carry for you and the respect others carry for you put together is your life. Children shared how a shift to completion with integrity changed the people's response to them. In the final segment of powers manifestation, they played with the power of LENGTH (logic). A series of questions related to maths, lateral thinking were given and they had to scan for the answer from 3rd eye. They learned how to download the answers to factual questions using 3rd eye in oneness with Paramashiva. Lesson plan ended with poorna mantra.
