The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism, Jagatguru Mahasannidhanam, His Divine Holiness, Bhagavan Nithyananda Paramashivam, expounded on the Cosmic Principles of Yogic Body, Vedic Mind during the everyday live public talk - Nithyananda Satsang. In this talk entitled Three Types of Sex, The Supreme Pontiff of Hinduism shared 3 types of sex: if sex happens with other person it is ordinary sex; if it happens within your own system through fantasy it is cosmic sex; and if it happens with your own nervous system it is enlightenmemt. He explained the process of kundalini awakening in the body by making your body heavy by the samana process and Nithya Yoga and lifting heavy weights. When this happens the idagala and pingala nadis hit the sushumna and awaken. He shared that lifting weights is not for body building but it is for spiritual practice because the only thing you have is the body and you should keep it flexible and possess it.
