I welcome you all with My love and respects. Today is the day of celebration. Today is Krishna Janmashtami - Krishna’s Birthday Celebration. One of the greatest Happening happened to the human Consciousness on this very day. The day, monkeys started walking with two legs - breakthrough, one of the major breakthrough in human consciousness happened - the human beings have started evolving. Same way, the day Krishna happened - greatest breakthrough in Spiritual Consciousness happened.

(1:59)

‘Krishnastu Swayam Bhagawan.’ Krishna is very God Himself - Purnavatara. Today’s subject is ‘Krishna, the Ideal conflict free Idol’. I don’t know how I’m going to describe Krishna. ‘Krishnastu Swayam Bhagawan.’ Krishna is very God. God Himself landed in the human body - Purnavatara. He set a trend for incarnations. Understand? Like a how in each field, people give a breakthrough in that field set a trend; He set a trend for how an Incarnation should land and express, exhibit and make Themself available to the human Consciousness.

(4:25)

What to describe? Whether it is mult, whether He His multidimensional human personality or extraordinary energy expression, or the playfulness, or all these things expressing itself in one six feet bio-memory without conflict. He escaping from a war and his courage - both has no conflict. His romance and His knowledge has no conflict. The Radha Krishna and Gita Krishna - no conflict. You cannot imagine, a guy who is having so much of romance -outrageous flirt, the most outrageous flirt happened on the Planet Earth - standing in the war field and giving Gita, the most comprehensive, unabridged dictionary of the World Philosophies. Both can happen from one brain without conflict.

(5:47)

I know for sure, if Radha had the doubts of Arjuna, Krishna would have delivered Gita to very Radha in that very romance mood; or Arjuna had the romance mood and the devotion, He would have flirted with Arjuna during the deliverance of Gita. He doesn’t need even two different time, to deliver the different dimensions. If you need two different time to deliver two different dimension, you have conflict inside. Here is a personality like Krishna, because there is no conflict; He can deliver, He can be Radha Krishna and Gita Krishna at the same moment simultaneously. Radha and Arjuna was there next, He would have been playing the same, the both games at a time. He is capable. Because He is conflict free.

(6:56)

He can let Yashodha bind Himself in a small stone, the rice grinding stone and He can break the Marudha trees, liberate the Gandharvas. He can be doing the both; powerless, innocent, baby, could be bound and expressing extraordinary power of breaking two Marudha trees - noth a not a joke - and liberating two Gandharvas. He can show the whole Cosmos in his mouth to Yashodha and same time, steal butter and eat from Gopika’s house.

(8:12)

There is a story, Shiva Himself came down as Gopika to enjoy the Krishna Leela. I can vouch for it, it would have happened. If He has not come down, at least He would have been jealous of Gopikas. He is the master who expressed all dimensions of an Incarnation. There is no dimension which He has not expressed, during His physical happening in the Planet Earth.

(9:09)

‘Sharva Mangalatva’ - all the auspicious qualities. He is an architect, engineer, amazing strategy planner, unimaginable Yogi, incredible intelligence and outrageous romance. He’s just undescribable, unbound energy, happened with utmost innocence and simplicity, in a conflict-free way. That is why we call His life as Krishna Leela - Krishna’s Leela. It’s a complete conflict free and unimaginable expression.

(10:54)

How much ever I try to tell, the words have no capacity to tell what I am really feeling. His love, His care, His grace - every incident in His life, every happening in His life - I can say He’s the one single man influenced maximum the whole Planet Earth, maximum number of people in the whole planet earth. Nothing like Krishna. Nothing compared to Krishna. One whole country still celebrates his Birthday, after we don’t even know how many thousands of years, and still He is a beloved for millions. Still millions live with Him. That is why I say He is Eternal, untouchable, unndescribable. You can’t define Him.

(12:41)

Even one dimension of Him, I won’t be able to describe in words; because all dimensions expressed in Him so beautifully, conflict free. He is the Ideal Idol of conflict free. His grace...From His birth to return to the Goloka, everything is a mystery. Everything is unimaginable. Everything is indescribable. All the human and Divine qualities expressed itself in its peak form in that six feet body. The extraordinary bio-memory, the extraordinary happening.

(16:02)

I think bowing down to Him is the only thing we can do, to honor Him and to imbibe Him in our bio-memories. Any words which I utter, looks so dull. Saraswati cannot sing His glory. Vedas cannot describe His greatness. Putting our foot, our head at His foot, offering our respects is the only way to imbibe Him. Let this great Incarnation, the conflict free Ideal, conflict free Idol, bless us all. Let us offer our humble devotion at His feet. Let Him bless us all to imbibe that conflict free life and imbibe His very Presence in us. ||vasudeva-sutam devam kaMsa-chANUra-mardanam | devakI-paramAnandam kRiShNam vande jagad-gurum ||

[00:01:38]

(Swamiji demonstrates the sanskrit syllables)

[00:02:04]

This whole thing I have to chant holding the air inside. This is called Mathurgasniya Antarangaka Kumbhaka. So throughout this time I can not exhale. So it is actually possible, just a little training. That time I did, still the mantra is in the memory. If you know sanskrit, you will ahh, now I …, I chanted the whole 54 syllabells of sanskrit. How many of you know Sanskrit. I chanted the whole. Sanskrit chanting [00:2:34] - [00:02:48] [00:02:48]

That counting of the 65 and finally and the back, so this whole thing I have to hold the air. Then, then he will pull the plank, the wooden plank first, then the bed, and maybe, the usually what happens, one jerk happens. One jerk means maybe 6inch I will fall, then the body will be stabilized. That’s all. If he makes me sit on one feet height or two feet height, six inches, one jerk, that's all, and body will be stable. Maybe for 60 full seconds. Then, it will be granite floor, I have to slowly land. I have to start exhaling slowly. If I exhale fast, the body will tap[00:03:33] drop. You will have pain. So automatically the body will learn the science of slowly exhaling. If he works six years ... six years it took for him to make me levitate. After all, my body is like a spring, whatever he says I was able to do. In that it tooks six years for him. Oh with you guys it is more an initiation. It is more an initiation. More initiation but if you guys are little more stable on prana, more can be done, that’s all. If you take the responsibility that stable … in the air can be achieved. More stability can be achieved.

[00:04:21]

The prana is balanced more possible. Alright tomorrow we will do one thing, all below 40 I will pick up and work specially with them. With this prana heavily we will work. Below 40 has no danger. See as long as you are holding through the nose or through the hand or through will, you are no in danger. At the most what happens? I f you fall unconscious the hand will fall, over. Only thing you should not use any mechanical items like a corke and all. But these Nagas used cork and all. Nagas, they use cork clipe and all they use. By the powerful mechanical way they levitate. We do not need to go to that extreme, that is waste of time. I don't want you to be doing some extraordinary circularised[00.05:24] exercise. For enlightenment whatever is required if you prepare that much that is enough. Fly for enlightenment, nothing else.

[00:05:49]

Ok, let’s sit with Kirshna consciousness. Understand, it’s a process on heart. Very simple process. Nothing, just create the Kleem Beja. Kleem, understand: K L E E M. Kleem bija, nothing else. If you remember Krishna’s form, greate, no problem. If you don’t, it's ok. Only in the heart area bring your awareness, remember the Kleem Bija. Heart is related to air. Heart is related to air energy. So there is a possibility if you already experienced Levitation, you may levitate physically. Just spread and have your space.

[00:06:45]

process Yes, sit and please close your eyes. Understand the process. Just create the sound of Kleem mantra,KLEEM inside your heart internally. That's all. Please tie the eyeband. Sit in Padmasana and Samana Mudra. Means lock the hand completely. Samana Mudra and Padmasana is just to avoid the fake levitations, means you ... ordinary jumpings will not happen. Only really if the push happens from inside your body will levitate. Now bring your awareness to the heart centre. Just sit with this one Beja. Chant internally not externally. Don’t move your tongue. Just chant … in the inner space. K L E E M . If Krishnas form happens in your heart, let it happen. If it is not, it is ok. But you sit with this Bija KLEEM. This is the Bija for Kirshna consciousness. K L E E M let the Kirshna’s presence be here. Let us all humbling, pray and submit ourself. Request his great presence, his divine presence, here in all our hearts. In this whole space. Swamiji is chanting the mantra: K L E E M, … K L E E M, … K L E E M Let the Kleem Bija intensely work in your inner space. K L E E M, … K L E E M, … K L E E M [00:34:06] Swamiji is chanting the mantra Kleem Kirshnaya Namaha

[00:39:14]

Relax. Settle down. You can open your eyes. Settle down in a deep relaxed way. Relax. [00:39:56]
