What is a spiritual power? What is the science behind the powers? And when can we say a power has been awakened? In this video, Paramahamsa Nithyananda explains a spiritual power as the energy ciscuit in your bio-memory and muscle-memory getting connected to your bio-energy, and those circuits being kept alive forever.

Every power has a practical use, you can directly use it for your health and well-being. Swamiji gives the example of levitating objects in water, the latest initiation he is giving to his Gurukul kids: levitating objects in water means you will be able to clean your body from unnecessary things.

But what also happens: every time you express a power, your cognition of you changes. Knowing that you are all powerful, all present becomes an experiential understanding through expressing the powers. Spiritual powers bring maturity in us.
