A man in a white short-sleeved shirt and dark trousers kneels and bows his head with palms pressed together before a large deity murti draped in white cloth. The murti wears a rudraksha mala, a long garland of red roses and yellow flowers, a jewelled silver crown or head ornament, and a green-and-red striped sash. Orange and green silk drapes frame the shrine, and a gold-carved wooden panel stands at left. The setting suggests darshan or worship at a temple shrine.

A photograph inside a temple shrine at night showing a deity murti decorated with red and white garlands, gold ornaments and an orange cloth. A man in a white shirt and dark trousers kneels before the murti with hands folded in prayer. Behind him, a man in a white shirt and grey trousers stands with palms pressed together, a man in a dark shirt stands with hands joined, and a bald priest in orange robes holds his hands in anjali. In the foreground, a figure wearing an orange turban and gold jewellery sits with back turned. Brass kalasha vessels, lamps and a brass plate with flowers sit on the dais before the murti.

A man in a white shirt and white trousers leans forward and presses his forehead to the hands of a large dark stone or metal sculpture, which is draped with thick garlands of yellow marigolds, red roses and green leaves, strung with rudraksha beads. A second figure in orange-saffron robes stands at the right edge beside the garland.

Photograph of a temple shrine with a stone pillar, brass oil lamps and a murti of a deity decorated with flower garlands, pink and purple flowers and a gold crown. Three men stand before it. A man in a white shirt bends forward with his head lowered toward a sannyasi in saffron-orange robes who holds a rudraksha mala and places it around the bowed man's neck. A second sannyasi in saffron robes and a rudraksha mala stands beside him, holding a long string of rudraksha beads adorned with pink flowers. A dark blue curtain and banana leaves frame the scene.

A photograph of a bare-shouldered figure with long swept-back hair, a red-and-gold beaded mala garland and gold bangles, smiling as he rests his right hand on the shoulder of a man in a white shirt who bows with hands folded. Another man in white stands to the left, and a blurred orange-clad figure occupies the right foreground. Golden deity murti and a red wall appear behind. The bowing devotee and the garlanded figure suggest darshan. a person: the garlanded figure with long hair, red mala and gold ornaments is a candidate for a person, with appearance cues that remain uncertain.

A man in a plain white shirt bends forward and presses his forehead and folded hands against a dark stone or metal statue. The statue is draped in yellow and red flower garlands with rudraksha beads and wears saffron-orange robes. A second man in a green checked shirt stands partly visible at the lower left, and a tree canopy forms the background. The photo is a devotional darshan scene at an outdoor shrine.

A photograph of a temple blessing at dusk before a shrine with a golden deity murti garlanded in marigolds and flowers, flanked by brass lamps. A man in orange robes with long dark hair, standing on the right, holds a plate of offerings in one hand and touches the head of a devotee with the other. The devotee, in a white shirt and white dhoti with a red-and-gold shawl, bows with hands joined near his chest. Another white-clad person stands behind, and an orange cloth hangs on the left. The orange robed man has distinctive long hair and orange clothing, but his appearance is not distinctive enough to confirm identity, so he is described by role only as a robed priest. Three people are visible.
