The bowls appear to be prepared offerings for a puja or abhishekam; no people are visible.2013-03-15A close-up photograph of a ritual offering being prepared on a large polished gold tray. Several hands are visible: one pours from a silver vessel with a spout, another places green leaves and white flowers, and a bangled wrist is at the left edge. Red roses, white jasmine-type flowers, green stems and leaves are arranged among small silver bowls and a silver container with intricate engraved patterns. A small brass or gold object sits among the flowers. The setting suggests a puja or padapuja offering. Only partial hands and forearms are visible, so the number of people is limited.2010-10-02Overhead view of a ritual puja tray arranged on a gold-patterned surface.
