A man in white dhoti and shirt bends forward, feeding offerings into the flames. Beside him a seated man in white with a golden-bordered cloth tends the fire. Several women in white saris with golden borders stand in the doorway; one in the foreground presses her palms together in prayer. Brass vessels, marigold garlands, fruit and flower offerings sit on banana leaves in front of the fire pit. No one is identified as a person.2016-08-14October 16 20102010-10-16 +1 copiesMay 12 20132013-05-12July 09 20152015-07-09 +1 copiesA woman in a cream saree with a dark red border and a man in white ritual clothes, both wearing white jasmine garlands, stand over a fire built of stacked clay bricks. The woman, wearing glasses, sprinkles grain or offerings from her hands into the flames while the man leans in beside her. A brass bowl with a long handle sits near the fire, and a seated person in maroon robes is visible at the right edge beside a steel vessel. The setting is a hall with a dim background, consistent with a homa fire ritual.2013-05-12August 14 20162016-08-14October 26 20112011-10-26
