A group of about a dozen people sit cross-legged on colourful yoga mats on a glossy grey floor in a hall with red curtains, performing seated meditation or breathing practice. Most wear black t-shirts; a woman in the centre wears a patterned beige and black kurta, and a woman at right wears a grey headband. Small silver dumbbells sit beside several mats, and a blue-green cloth lies at left. The front figure, in glasses and a black top, has hands in a mudra. No visible person is identifiable as a person in this crowd; the scene shows yoga and meditation participants.
