A group of women sit cross-legged on blue, pink and purple yoga mats in a hall with cushioned wooden armchairs in the background. Several participants have palms pressed together in anjali mudra with eyes closed, in a meditation session. The foreground woman wears black clothing, a black hair bun, and a sleek bun; a woman in the centre wears a black top with an orange waist sash and bare feet; others wear white or black tops and wear necklaces. Water bottles and a purple bottle sit on the floor. Printed copyright text appears on the lower right, and the setting looks like a meditation or satsang hall.
