Night-time photograph of a group of devotees in saffron and orange clothing seated with hands folded in namaskar around a large dark stone yagna or homa pit. Several men and women wear orange robes, red-and-gold shawls and beaded necklaces, some with rudraksha-style malas. A standing figure in orange robes and a red shawl stands at the back with palms pressed together. Around the edge are brass pots, kalashas, flower petals, marigolds, banana leaves, vessels and a brass bell on a white cloth. A low wall with red and white posts and palm trees appear in the background.

A night-time ritual at an outdoor ceremony. A smiling man with long dark hair and a red forehead mark stands at the left in an orange robe with gold trim, a white and red flower garland around his neck, holding a lit oil lamp or fire vessel above a brick-lined area. Beside him, a row of men and women in white dhotis and orange shawls stand behind a square earthen pit lined with flowers and white painted patterns, a fire-pit style yagna setup. A woman in white with an orange shawl holds a long trident staff, and a silver bowl of flowers and a wooden throne-like seat with carved ornament stand nearby. Orange and red pennants and draped red-gold cloth decorate the background.

Night ritual at an outdoor homa or yagna platform: a square white fire pit with a dark central opening is surrounded by offerings, brass lamps, a silver kalasha-style pot, incense sticks and scattered flower petals. Several young people in saffron-orange robes with red-bordered cloth sit cross-legged around it, many wearing rudraksha malas and gold necklaces. At the back, one person in orange sits on a raised orange seat, though no clear identifying cues establish who this is. A garlanded deity murti stands at the left edge beside a pink and white flower garland. A bearded-free, shaven-headed figure in orange sits in the foreground with his back to the camera, facing the altar. Bowls of offerings and marigold-like flowers fill the lower corners.

Night-time homa at a yellow-edged fire pit, with smoke rising over a tiered yellow and white platform holding a bundle of dried sticks and ash. A man in white dhoti and white shawl, wearing a white turban with a feather ornament and rudraksha mala, sits at the right performing the ritual beside a lit oil lamp and a metal bowl. Around the fire, young people in saffron-orange robes with white forehead markings sit in a row; several have hands folded in prayer and one holds a mala. A bundle of sticks sits on a leaf plate on the left, and marigold garlands decorate a deity murti on the right.

A homa ritual under an orange and green decorated canopy at night. A standing man in orange robes with a hood and a beaded necklace presses his palms together at the right of a square fire pit (homa kund) with smoke rising, flower garlands and marigold petals around its edge. Seated devotees in orange and red garments surround the pit, some with brass bowls and offerings. Behind them, a framed portrait labelled 'Paramahamsa Nithyananda' is garlanded with flowers. Men in white with yellow shawls stand at the right and lower right, and banana plants and leaf festoons decorate the tent. A brass vessel with flowers sits in the lower left.

Night outdoor ritual at a yagna or homa fire pit set on a long table draped with striped cloth, with brass plates of offerings, flower garlands, a kalasha-style vessel, lamps and a tall garland-wrapped post at left. Robed participants in saffron and orange clothing sit with palms pressed in anjali, with one central figure in an orange robe seated behind the pit. Several people in white clothing sit further back on the ground beneath dark palm trees, and a camera on a tripod stands at left.

A night-time homa fire ritual under a leafy pandal decorated with banana leaves, strings of mango leaves and marigold garlands. Central square fire pit with dark ash-filled ritual fire on a white raised platform. Several people in saffron-orange robes sit cross-legged around it, one holding offerings and others chanting or tending the fire; a sannyasi with a long beard and rudraksha beads sits among them. Brass vessels, a kalasha-style pot with a coconut and mango leaves, and flower garlands are arranged nearby. A framed portrait of a saffron-robed figure with garlands sits on an altar at the back, labelled as depicted, not present. A man in white with a yellow shawl sits in the foreground.
