The photos vary in size and show head-and-shoulder shots, some in traditional dress. The board sits in a hall with an indistinct audience and a bright shrine area in the background. The portraits are printed photographs of the deceased, not physical people in the scene, and no one is shown standing among them.2017-05-08A photograph of photo-display boards set up at an indoor event. Several light-blue mounted boards hold many black-and-white and sepia portrait prints of people in family groupings, couples and individual portraits, some with young children. In the left foreground a smiling shaved-headed man in an orange and yellow garment sits beside the boards with a rudraksha mala. Behind the boards, people in white dhotis with red-and-white striped shawls stand, and a glittery tinsel garland decorates the background. The printed portraits are not physical people and are not counted.2012-12-25May 08 20172017-05-08July 03 20172017-07-03May 08 20172017-05-08January 07 20192019-01-07 +1 copiesMay 08 20172017-05-08May 17 20142014-05-17A photograph of a large display board covered with many printed portrait photographs of older and younger people, pinned and taped in rows and clusters on a white board framed in dark wood. Tape strips hold the prints at the top and bottom edges. No physical people are visible in the scene.2015-12-20October 04 20132013-10-04
